Relaxation tapes -- progressive and other types -- are used by many people who work from home. The gentle sounds of a relaxation tape allow people to focus on their work, cover up annoying outside sounds, and provide a change from the sounds of keyboards and computers! I recently stumbled across some reviews of relaxation tapes and thought I'd pass them along.
